if you want to change the start button there are two ways to do

First way
using orb changing software
1. First download start orb changer
2. Now download a bitmap file of start orb which you want to change
3. Now open the start orb changer

4. And select and change start button

5. Now your start button will be changed

Second way
Replacing explorer.exe fil
Some artists provide a explorer.exe file in this case you have to do this
1. Go to the directory where you have installed windows like c:/windows/ and rename the original explorer.exe to explorer.exe.backup
2. Now past the changed explorer.exe here

 

3. Log out and login and your orb will be changed
