When you install a fresh windows its all fast but as the time passes and
you install different programs its start up speed slows
down that's mainly due to allot off start up programs by disabling them
you can speed up your PC
So here"s how it works
1. go to start and run "msconfig"
2. Now you will see a dialog box with different tabs go to start up
3. Now disable the programs which you don't need like i don't need Google update running all the time

4. The next time you will boot your computer you wont see those programs starting and slowing you start up
